in central and eastern Pennsylvania including ZIPs 17000-19640, plus limited
coverage in ZIPs 16611-16875. Thanks to advances in technology, communications
and roadways and in order to meet client needs, we do cover the entire
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania on a case-by-case basis. We have internet access to
local rules of civil procedure. Since the geographic
area covered is extensive, associate counsel, supervised by a member of
this firm, is engaged from a particular county when needed to aid with
fully litigated matters.
Our attorneys are regularly involved in bankruptcy, family
law, collection, commercial litigation, and insurance subrogation (damages
caused to property by fire, a motor vehicle accident, or a defective product)
in both State and Federal Courts having jurisdiction throughout Pennsylvania.
The firm normally represents creditors of an account debtor and Plaintiffs
in litigation. Representation of a Defendant, or "defense work," usually
arises in the context of defending a counterclaim once our client has filed
