Jacques H. Geisenberger, Jr.
A Lancaster
native, is 1958 graduate of The Law School of the University of Pennsylvania,
Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and 1953 graduate of Franklin & Marshall
College, Lancaster, Pennsylvania. He is a third-generation attorney with
more than 46 years of practice and experience in the areas of bankruptcy;
commercial litigation; hospital law; wills, trusts and estates; and general
practice while representing individuals, partnerships and corporations,
both for and not for profit; secured lenders; unsecured creditors, debtors
and others. Mr. Geisenberger is court-certified as both a Mediator and
an Arbitrator. He is available to provide all types of private Alternate
Dispute Resolution (ADR) services. He is a past president of the Lancaster
Bar Association; chairs the Lancaster County Court of Common Pleas Civil
Rules Committee; served as chair of both the Membership Committee and the
Solo & Small Firm Section and is a former member of the House of Delegates
of the Pennsylvania Bar Association. He is a Life Fellow of the Pennsylvania
Bar Association Foundation and Life Member of The Commercial Law League
of America. Mr. Geisenberger is admitted to practice before the Supreme
Court of the United States; the United States Court of Appeals for the
Third Circuit; the United States District and Bankruptcy Courts for the
Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of Pennsylvania; and all Courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
